ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM during store hours Monday - Saturday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using USPS, UPS or FedEx with a delivery standard of 2 - 7 days. Currently we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERED
All orders over $100.00 will be shipped for free withing the United States. Processing times are 1-2 business days and the delivery standard is 2 - 7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Delivery standard of 8 - 20 days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Peach Queen is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
TAXES
There is no taxes for orders within the United States excluding Florida, However, for international shipments, additional charges may be incurred for customs duties and taxes. Please note that these charges are beyond our control, and we are unaware of the final amount. The charges reflected in your Peach Queen invoice only pertain to the shipping cost and the total value of the products.
LOST PACKAGES
If your order's tracking status indicates 'DELIVERED,' and you haven't received it yet, don't worry. Sometimes, the information is updated prematurely, so we recommend waiting an additional 2 business days. Also, double-check the shipping address you provided. If your package hasn't arrived after two days, it might be considered lost. In such cases, we advise contacting the carrier directly.
REFUNDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Queens@PeachQueen.Net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
